Repairs and maintains physical structure, mechanical and electrical equipment of the hotel. Replaces defective electrical switches, plumbing and other fixtures. Paints structures and repairs woodwork with carpenter's tools. Performs maintenance on hotel's electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning systems as well as boilers, elevators, and other duties as assigned.
